I’m going to show you the five cheapest homes for sale in Anaheim Hills as listed in the multiple listing service. As of today, as you may know, Anaheim Hills is a great community, but it’s pretty pricey. The average median price for a single-family home for sale is almost a million dollars as of October 2021. But I’m going to show you the cheapest homes starting with one listed for $450,000 in Anaheim Hills. 

Let’s look at the five homes starting at this one at 5459 Candlewood #53 listed for $450,000.

This townhouse, as I said earlier, is a two-bedroom, one-bath listed for $450,000. And it’s almost 900 square feet. It comes with one garage. And as I mentioned to you earlier, this Wynwood community does have a swimming pool and lots of parking, and usually, there are four units per building. And there’s a whole bunch of them. These were built in the 1970s. Some of these units are located downstairs, some of them are upstairs. And some of them also have extra parking or a carport. In the same community of Wynwood, it’s a two-bedroom, one-bath.

I wanted to give you a little bit of stats about Anaheim Hills, in case you’re thinking why is the cheapest price so expensive $450,000 for a two-bedroom, one-bath, not even 1000 square feet. Well, the reason for that is the low inventory. Currently, as of today, there are only 33 homes, single-family homes, and townhomes and condos for sale in Anaheim Hills, the norm used to be over 100 Right now there are only 33. So that tells you there’s a big demand for homes with a low-interest rate. A lot of the renters are buying townhomes and condos at this price. Why pay rent of $2500 If you can afford a mortgage for $2500. And with the tax breaks, it makes it even better. Also, on average, these homes on townhomes are selling within 30 days, which is pretty fast. And that’s just an average because some homes are way overpriced, but the true average is about 17 days.

One of the cheapest homes in Anaheim Hills. This unit is listed for $475,000. It’s located on 5499 east Willow Woods lane, unit number 86. This is also a two-bedroom, one-bath and it was built in 1976. And it offers 882 square feet. This unit has a great location. There’s a lot of townhomes and condos here. This is located way towards the end of the complex. So it’s a very nice location. And this unit number 86 is a rental and the sellers are selling it as a rental unit. It’s a great location. There’s lots of greenery and it’s nice and quiet away from the main street of the orange store and the railroad track nearby.

This particular location is located in the beautiful community of Monaco. It is located near Serrano and we are Kenyan in the nine to 808 zip code. This unit located at 1176 Miramar is getting ready for this one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath. And it’s listed for $489,000 pretty pricey for a one-bedroom, one-bath, but I’m sure he’s gonna sell like everything else is selling. This is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath. And I’m going to give you some more features about this community and the unit itself. So the unit itself is $489,000. One bedroom, one and a half bath. It’s 865 square feet, which is pretty small, but it’s pretty spacious for one bedroom, one bath, the association in this community is $295 a month. It is very reasonable considering that it’s a very secure community. The Association maintains the landscaping pretty nicely. It also offers a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and I believe these tennis courts as well. And one of the things that I just talked to a neighbor who was just walking by, she said that she’s been here 14 years and she feels very safe in this community. This community, unlike others, is very socially friendly. They look out for each other. It’s very safe. It’s also very pet-friendly. I saw at least three couples walking with their dogs; it’s very pet-friendly. Should you have any pets? The other features are Serrano and no range at all.

The corner of this shopping center is an elementary school a few minutes away in the gateway community located near Tustin Avenue and Santana Canyon row, this condo is listed for $529,900. And it offers a three-bedroom, two-bath, it’s almost 1100 square feet. Let me show you some highlights of this townhouse from the outside. This particular unit on Flintlock is located on a cul de sac Street. As you can see, here are some of the end of the street views and also some of the units located in the vicinity.
