Mike made us his top priority, we truly felt like we were in it together. He used a wide array of marketing techniques to make sure that as many buyers as possible had access to our home. Additionally he hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our home to make sure the house was photographed at its best. His efforts paid off in a major way, we sold our home the weekend it hit the market! We would definitely use Mike again and recommend him to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home.

I’ve used Mike Patel twice.. to purchase and most recently sell my property. Both experiences couldn’t have gone smoother! When I listed my place for sale I met with Mike and let him know the circumstances and criteria, and then he took it from from there.. above and beyond I’ll add, less than 2 months after meeting with him to to discuss listing, I had closed escrow! Most people get stressed out when selling/moving but because of the trust I had in Mike from the 1st time using him, my confidence never wavered that he’d get the job done. Mike works tirelessy for his clients, and just as important… listens, in addition to offering input/suggestions and keeping you informed every step of the way, I’ll end with that if you’re considering buying or selling and/or are new or experienced to real estate, Mike can get the job done!

Mahesh/Mike has recently helped me and my friends sign a lease a house in Anaheim. I came by to view the house on a weekend and Mike answered all the questions we had regarding the house. He was very professional and was very prompt and quick in responding to emails. We had two to three weeks to find a house before my previous lease ended and thanks to Mike, we were able to meet this deadline! The lease was signed within a week and a half from the date I viewed the house and we moved in that same weekend after the lease was signed. Mike is straight forward, honest and is no nonsense in his approach. It is nice Not to have a realtor that promises the sky and does not deliver. His only weakness was a lack of supporting services or leads for home repair services.
