2021 has been a really challenging market for the buyers, a lot of the buyers that I’ve talk to and talking to other agents are saying that they are frustrated and fatigue and may even hold off buying, home prices are skyrocketing, there are multiple offers, homes are selling within hours and sellers are making extreme demands when it comes to opening escrow, this is the new norm right now, hopefully the buyers market in the sellers market in 2021 will change for the better.
