I saw a lot of homes being built in the 9 to 808 zip code. So to start with a lot of the traditional homes, older homes, or the home started building way back in the 1970s, or 1960s, in the 9 to 807 zip code. And then a lot of development started in nine to eight or eight zip code population in the nine to 807 zip code is approximately 37,000. And right now, the 9 to 808 population is approximately 21,000. The other stats that I’m gonna share with you is the household income in both these zip codes, nine to eight or seven have an approximate household income of $137,000.09 to 808 has an approximate household income as of 2022 about $145,000 per household. And just to let you know, the national average household income is $74,000. So you know that the kind of people that live here in Anaheim Hills.

The unemployment ratio as of April in the 9 to 8 or 7 zip code is about four points 23%, and in 9 to 808. It’s about a 3.08 unemployment ratio, which is pretty low in both zip codes. But this will give you an idea of how many people work or don’t work. And that also adds to the household income that we talked about earlier which would be a stat without giving the home prices in both zip codes in nine to 807 zip codes. The average median home price as of March 2022, according to Zillow is $1,065,000 per home. And in the 9 to 8 zip code, it’s approximately 1 Million and $112,000 for the average median home price. So you can see there’s a significant value or price difference. Also keep in mind that as I mentioned earlier, when I came here in the 96 a lot of homes in the 808 were being built. They were already built-in some more built so a lot of the homes in the nine to 808 zip code are newer, but they also have association fees. And a lot of them have Mello roos fees. 

Where are in the nine to eight to seven zip codes?

A lot of homes are older homes, so they don’t have a lot of HOA fees and Mello-roos, but there are a lot of communities like I live in the ridge view track and there are association fees because there are swimming pools and a clubhouse and tennis courts but they are significantly less than the newer HOA fees overall both zip codes are great as you know and Anaheim Hills is part of Anaheim.
