Welcome to this Mediterranean Architecture Luxury Home located in Anaheim hills. It offers a unique terrace which we will explore later on. It also offers panoramic views from every side of the house, and it has lots of marble upgrades inside. 

As you enter this elegant house, you are immediately greeted with lots of marble staircase entry marble flooring, high ceilings. You are greeted with this beautiful living room. It has white marble flooring as you can see very high ceilings, lots of windows with views everywhere. And the living room takes you to the dining area which also has lots of views. When you’re enjoying your dinner and lunch. We are now looking at the open concept kitchen. It has great cabinetry, it offers granite countertops, double oven, stainless steel fridge, gas burners, stainless steel sink on the island and also on the main thing and lots of white whitish cabinets. The kitchen is very spacious. And to the right of the kitchen is a large pantry area where you can put all your essentials. We are right now in the downstairs bedroom which is convenient and pretty much essential these days. 

The owners currently use it as an office so it does not look like our bedroom is being used as an office. And right next to it is a full bedroom and bath. So it’s a very convenient downstairs bedroom and bathroom that this house offers. And also, it leads us outside to the pool in the backyard and the terrace right there. We are upstairs now. And this is one of the four bedrooms upstairs. It’s a very spacious bedroom. This is one of the bedrooms which has its bath and its walk-in closet ceilings are very high spaces, pretty wide on each side. And of course, you see the views from every room, including this one. 

A spacious master bedroom, which features two exits one to the balcony with panoramic views. And the second one has a double door exit to the huge terrace which we’ll go outside next. And you can see the magnificent Orange County mountain views. And in the morning, since the East is that side, you can see the sunrise. So this master bedroom offers a lot. Not only does it have views and lots of windows, but to my left is a huge master bathroom. It offers a walk-in closet, mirrored closet doors, and also a sauna. Now we just came out of the master bedroom and we’re on the balcony. And this is the view we get. One of the key features of this house, as we come out of the master bedroom, is this almost 3000 square feet balcony. You can use it for entertainment, parties for get-togethers, any kind of entertainment. So if you’re into entertainment and get-togethers, this is the house for you. It’s very unique. I’ve never seen a terrorist so huge in Anaheim Hills or anywhere in Orange County. It’s truly a unique feature to be enjoyed. 

The other key feature about this house is this additional balcony, which is right off the entertainment area when you come upstairs. And what this balcony offers is this magnificent view of Orange County, the mountains and the actual sunrise. So about  Anaheim hills. There’s a lot of custom homes in Anaheim Hills, like the homes in Peralta hills, and the copper orals. If you go towards Weir Canyon, there’s the belt survey community which is gated then we have the summit point community. And we also have the hidden Canyon custom homes there. What makes this house unique is that it’s almost 5000 square feet on an almost over half acre lot. It does not belong to a community. It’s a house on its own, as you can see from the views were pretty high compared to other homes that you see in the background. So this view makes this house very unique. 

What’s a house like this without any garages? As you can see, this is a four car garage. When you come up the driveway, there’s plenty of parking here. Not only that, down the street on Trapper trail, there’s plenty of parking. So if you have a party or entertainment to make use of that magnificent terrorists, there’s plenty of parking, which is one of the other key features of a house like this. Another key feature of this house is underneath the terrorists there is a guest house with his own kitchen and an unit inside the guest house has its own entry and it has its own private courtyard that we are standing in. So that’s a great feature to have.
