Luxury Home Tour Yorba Linda
We are going to take a tour of this luxurious estate located in Amalfi hills in Yorba Linda at the corner of Fairmont and the best insurance. It started building in 2007 and it is built by the Toll Brothers’. So to give you a brief this house it’s 5200 square feet approximately and it’s listed for $3.279 million has five bedrooms and five and a half baths.
Let’s get started on the tour of this five bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath house. One of the best features of this house is it has five ensuite bedrooms. It also has two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. As you can see this is a huge master bedroom downstairs. You can see the views outside towards Catalina. It has an exit or entrance to the pool in the backyard. And I’ll show you the huge master bathroom with two walking closets on each side. This is a very spacious home as you can see, this whole area here is the family room area and the dining area is right to my right-hand side. This is one of the largest kitchens I’ve seen in this neighborhood. As you can see lots of counter space here and lots of counter area here. So when you have a party or get together you have lots of room. Also, this kitchen features stainless steel sink, stainless steel appliances, kitchenaid brand, the hood over there, we have a refrigerator, they’re stainless steel. And of course, we have the extra dining area there as well. And the other unique feature about this house is not only does this house have one kitchen, but it also has an extra kitchen right over there.
Just in case you are wondering, this house is located on 20478 Umbria in Yorba Linda and is listed for $3.379 million is approximately 5200 square feet and the lot size is almost 27,000 square feet. Let me give you a sale that just happened just a few months ago. A house right down the street, a very similar model. A little bit smaller, 100 square feet smaller. This lot is about 27,000 square feet. The other house on Trentino. The house is at 20270 Trentino. It sold in June for $3.2 million. So if you compare this house which has a bigger lot and 100 square feet bigger with similar features and benefits like the pool and other kitchen and a lot of upgrades, it’s priced pretty well so it should sell and these are the going prices right now especially in an area and a neighborhood like Amalfi Hills, which is located by the way right next to Kerrigan ranch on the other side of Fairmont and as I had mentioned earlier, these are Toll Brothers homes and they are very good builders.
Now we are in the upstairs master bedroom. As you can see this is also a large master bedroom. There’s a huge walk-in closet on the other side. And you love this bathroom as well. The master bathroom is huge with a nice tub. And let’s go take a look at my favorite feature of this house is the balcony of the master bedroom upstairs. So we are outside the upstairs master bedroom balcony. It’s one of my favorite places in this house or any other house. I wish I could buy this house but I have no plans on buying this house. But if I were to buy a house it would be due to this balcony. Look at the amazing views. You have Corona Hills down that way. You can see the Anaheim pond over there. We can see the downtown area towards that area. And then in the evening you can see the sunset here and look at these nice views. It’s a very peaceful place to sit here and enjoy coffee or drink in the evening or the morning. As you can see this is a regular bedroom with pretty spacious ceiling fans views. It has a walking closet. And the beautiful thing is it also has its bathroom. One of the unique features about the bedrooms is this downstairs bedroom in addition to the master bedroom downstairs, this one when the Fellas bought this house. It was built in 2014. The builders give you an option to convert one of the garages. It already has a three-car garage. This could have been a fourth car garage, but legally and with permits this was converted as an upgrade or as an option to a bedroom. It has a nice bedroom, its closet, and its bathroom. The cool thing about this bedroom is it’s very private. It’s almost detached from the other bedrooms and entry. So it’s a very private bedroom. The sellers have also taken meticulous care of the landscaping. It’s lush landscaping. You can see the fountain here in the backyard. There was a lot of greenery and for this neighborhood that’s a lot of greenery.
