Since the early 2000’s we were headed to towards online home sales, and we have made a lot of progress over the years.  There have been newer websites and apps with lots of data and listings. We have had virtual tours and videos and slideshows to make home buying and selling easy. All this was done as a convenience.

Now that Covid19 has hit upon us, it has immediately forced  us do Home Selling Virtually! We have adopted to this right away to serve you better.

Here are the Safe and Efficient ways we are doing business NOW!

If you are interested in buying or selling a home and you don’t want to leave your home to meet with an agent…
No worries.. as long as you have a cell phone, computer, or tablet we have the technology to set up
online appointments. We will also train or provide you with the tools and software if necessary.

You do not have  to worry about coming into our office, or having a live person come to you just to sign documents.
With our access to Docusign, all required signatures can be done by the click of your computer or cell phone.                                                              We will even guide you with this if needed!

With the Covid epidemic, California  Association of Realtors, of which I am a member, recently released the COVID-19 Addendum, which protects both Buyers and Sellers in the event one loses their income (permanently or temporarily.) CAR has also made a requirement to use the following forms: PEAD: Property Entry Advisory and Declaration,  RLA-Residential Listing Addendum and NUCC: Notice of unforeseen Covid19 Circumstances. More addendum and changes are being made and we are adopting to it immediately. We know our country is in an unfamiliar territory, so this will protect those that want to buy, sell, or view property.. yet may be uneasy during these unprecedented times.

California Association of Realtors has restricted all Open Houses at this time and  have put on certain restrictions on home showings. We have the technology and resources to send you live footage of a property, so you don’t need to be there. We use platforms such as FaceTime, Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Matterport 360 to deliver high quality footage of properties all over the state and country.

The  days of the checks being deposit to the escrow are short lived. All funds that need to be sent to escrow can now be done via electronic wire transfer, or our mobile title representative can pick up a check from you. Most escrow and title companies prefers to have monies deposited via electronic methods.

Most transactions have loans on the purchase of the property. Lender require wet signatures on the Loan Documents. Our mobile notary will bring the loan documents to you and they have been trained to be Covid19 Compliant as far as keeping distance wearing masks and gloves and wiping the pens!

As soon as the escrow has closed and recording has been confirmed, we will hand deliver the keys to you. Of course, our gloves will be on. We make it simple.
